U.S. SALES
Once clients approve measurements, mural design and layout, any changes will result in additional fees. Payments and delivery are non-refundable & can’t be cancelled. Reasonable efforts will be made to ship the mural on time, but time is not of the essence for this agreement. Flawed goods must be reported in writing within 60 days of delivery. The sole remedy for flawed goods is replacement, no refunds or installation costs. The goods will be insured through Shipsurance for loss, damage, and delay in certain circumstances. Any monies paid by the insurance company will be applied to cover the costs of manufacturing replacement goods on an expedited basis.

 

CANADA MURAL SALES

Sole remedy for flawed goods is replacement, no refunds or installation costs. Title, ownership, and risk of loss passes to client upon transfer to courier in the United States. The client will be the importer/importer of record and be responsible for payment of all duties and taxes as well as customs compliance. The goods will be insured through Shipsurance for loss, damage, and delay in certain circumstances. Any monies paid by the insurance company will be applied to cover the costs of manufacturing replacement goods on an expedited basis. This invoice does not include any Canadian sales taxes; Canadian sales tax will be payable by client when the goods are imported into Canada.
