Project Spotlights of 2021

How Interior Designers Have Used Our Mural Wallpapers in Client Homes

A favorite aspect of my work has always been to see the photos of my mural wallpapers installed in their final homes. Considering the year we’ve collectively had, it brings me more joy now than ever. The ways my clients bring beauty, art, and peace into homes is a source of daily inspiration for me. Hopefully, it is for you, too! Scroll down to see my painted scenic landscapes in a few of my favorite designer projects of 2021 thus far.

Delft Blush Sitting Room

To some, a landscape wallpaper in a pink palette might sound like a bold statement. This room is proof that taking a risk really can yield a great reward. The soft, blush-y hues bring a sweet and gentle quality to these walls, while simultaneously enlivening the room with a sense of celebration.

Dining Room Wallpaper Panels

Our client, Audrey White Interiors, custom ordered panels of our Cotswolds Mist mural and had them framed in gilt bamboo for her client’s dining room. The effect is completely elevated. I’m smitten!

Dining Room Wallpaper Panels

Marie Flanigan wrote in her post about this nursery, “I love when clients trust me with their nursery design. There’s nothing more special than creating a space for a precious new life. We designed this room to be soothing and peaceful, serving as a safe haven where cherished memories will be made.” That my mural wallpapers are used to create peace – well, that’s all I ever wanted. This features the Barringtons Grisaille mural.

Dining Room Chair Rail Mural

We made this custom mural wallpaper to be installed above our client’s wainscoting a few years back, using the Calmsden Grisaille landscape. Since then interior designer Lisa Lamb was brought on board to continue rejuvenating the house. Thus, this dining room was born! With traditional sensibilities, they took a fresh, contemporary approach to this space. The result is clean and timeless.

Framed Panels for Dining Room

Ivy Pierce Interiors discovered us on Instagram, and commissioned us to create two 3’x6′ panels of the Barringtons Rich mural. They wanted to achieve a grand effect inspired by Rivers Spencer‘s dining and living room mural, but in a way that would allow them to take it with them if they move in the future.

Celebrity Sightings

Check out these charming Instagram videos from Dakota Fanning and Elizabeth Banks! Both homes feature their own Calmsden mural in the background.
